OPEN POSITIONS


 Senior Branch Managers will be responsible for overseeing the administrative, operational, and sales activities within their respective branches, driving sales growth, securing investments, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.

Candidates with 5Yrs+ Experience in NBFC sector is preferred.

 Branch Managers Responsibilities include the approval and rejection of loan applications in accordance with established credit policies, as well as negotiating loan terms with new clients. Ensuring regulatory compliance across all loan and lending procedures is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, the role involves monitoring and ensuring the efficiency of daily branch loan collections.

Additional responsibilities encompass the coordination of collection staff, management of software and office-related tasks, the implementation of branch marketing initiatives, and the overall management of branch operations in alignment with company policy.

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of managerial experience within a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is required.

 

 

Assistant Branch Manager

Approving and rejecting loans based on our credit policy .and negotiating the terms of the loan with new clients. Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations. Monitoring and ensure daily branch collection.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 Year Managerial experience in NBFC

Experience in gold loan


Responsibilities :

· Manage large amounts of incoming/Outgoing calls.

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Collect accurate, valid, and complete information from sales consultants and input in the software.

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

· Keep records of customers.

· Submit weekly/monthly report to the concern department heads.
