formed with following objective

To start and conduct
installment schemes, Hire purchase business of vehicles,
motorcycles, Car, Lorries , buses and other automobiles,
machineries, household equipments, purchase plots and
construct small houses and sell them on hire purchase.
2)
To carry on the
business of acquisition and develop and to do real estate
business.
3)
To conduct Kuries/chitties
viz transaction entered into by the company with a number of
persons that everyone of the contracting parties shall subscribe a
certain amount of money by periodical installment for certain
definite periods and that each in his/her turn as determined by
lot or by auction or both shall be entitled to the price amount
payable in cash as may be provided in the agreement
4)
Strictly company had
been doing real estate and hire purchase business but later if
shifted its main thrust on kuri business with lucrative
