M/S  'Vyaparavijayam Trades & Agencies Pvt. Ltd.' was incorporated under the  companies Act ,1956,on 28^th  January 1987. The company has been formed with the following objectives.

1. To carry on the business of hire purchase & finance by advancing or lending money upon or without security. 

2. To provide leasing finance to industrial, trading, commercial and other establishments and organisation and consumer for capital equipments, transport and commercial vehicles, consumer durables. 

3. To acquire, hold, underwrite and to deal in stock,  funds, shares, debentures, bonds securities and investments of all kinds.
4. To act as brokers or sub brokers for Stock Funds Shares, debentures and investment of all kinds.

Since the inception,  the company’s main thrust was in share & securities market, however by 1997 company diversified its activity to tap the large potential of hire purchase business in Palakkad district and opened a branch there and within a short span of time it could amass huge patronage of clients from all sectors of market and has been doing the Hire purchase business very successfully.

           The company has been launching various attractive schemes from time to time and catering to the needs of every strata of the society.  The processing of files and disbursements of hire purchase advance is very competitive, fast and comparable with the best in the industry.
